GN published four model mud system applications

GN Solids Control mud system is not only used for oil drilling mud circulation and cleaning, but also can be used for liquid mud plant, Sludge dredging system, Solids removal unit and TBM slurry separation plant.  The separation equipment are almost same, including shale shaker, desander, desilter, mud cleaner, centrifuge, etc. All working principle is solids liquids separation.

1) Liquid mud plant

Liquid mud plant is consisted of different type mud tanks for mud storage or mud mixing application. We can offer vertical mud tanks, rectangle mud tanks or round mud tanks for different requirements.

In 2013, we built one set 17-mud tanks liquid mud plant for COSL, China Oilfield Services Limited. The mud plant is working very well at plant. Meanwhile, COSL also bought 3 sets 1000hp mud system for solids control purpose.


2) Slurry separation system

Slurry separation system is used to clean the water in river or in lakes to remove the big solids, remove the dirty solids and mud, to get clean water.

GN Slurry separation system can treat the water in different steps, and get clean water finally and discharge to river again.

3) Solids removal unit

In mining project, diamond drilling project or other construction, waste water with solids will generated and damage the environment. GN Solids removal unit with shale shaker and decanter centrifuge can treat the waste water, to separate the big solids and fine solids by two stages. After treatment of GN solids removal unit, flocculent unit with chemical enhancement can also be used to treat the ultra fine solids, or to adjust the chemical content in the waste water.

4) TBM slurry separation plant

GN TBM slurry separation plant is popular for project of AVN Machines?, Mix shields??or Shaft Sinking Machines?. GN Solids Control utilize our shale shakers, desander desilter, as well as decanter centrifuges to processes separate and remove the excavated solids from the bentonite suspension.
