GN oily sludge treatment system
2016-08-11 15:22:28

Oily sludge treatment system can be used to recycle the crude oil in the waste pit, clean the environment and generate clean water for drilling or other application. GN Solids Control oily sludge treatment system is specialized design for the mentioned features, including below main parts.

1) Oily sludge feeding system

The oily sludge will be put into big hopper with screw conveyor, and transfer to the sediment tank. The hopper size and conveyor transfer capacity can be customized as per client’s requirements.

2) Sediment tank with screw conveyor and screw pump

Sediment tank is a conic tank with V type bottom, where the solids can be go down and the liquid will floating upside, mixture of oil & water. Here, client can add some chemicals via flocculent unit. The chemical can clean the solids and make the oil separated from the solids.

Mud agitator also work for this tank, make the reaction between the oily sludge and chemical more even.

3) Flocculent unit

The flocculent unit can mix the chemical with water in proper ratio and the curing chemical liquid can be fed to sediment tank via screw pumps.

4) Oily sludge separation system with shale shake and centrifuge

After the oily sludge in sediment tank ready for next step treatment, the user can transfer the oily sludge liquid parts to the shale shaker via screw pump. The shale shaker can separate the big solids and liquid go down to the catching tank. And then, the oil water solids mixture will go to three phase centrifuge for final separation. Here, the crude oil can be separated finally and storage in tank.
