GN will attend Bauma China next week

As China leading brand for solids liquid separation machines, GN not only support oil & gas drilling field, but also support many construction, mining, etc. Bauma China is famous trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles. GN will attend Bauma China next week, bringing the desanding plant to show to clients.

GNMS-1000D is popular desanding plant for construction/ minning/ piling application. This unit can separate the big solids from the waste liquid, the recycled fluids can be return back for reuse. The separation points is about 40-70microns.

 

GNMS-1000D desanding plant composed of below items:

  • 1 ea double deck shale shaker
  • 2ea desander cones
  • 1ea centrifugal pump for feeding the desanding cones.
  • 1ea mud tank with necessary accessories, like money ladder.
  • 1ea submersible slurry pump is recommended outside of the desanding plant. The slurry pump can be used for feeding the desanding plant from mud pit to the down deck shaker.

 

This unit treating capacity is about 1000gpm, we also have other treating capacity unit, GNMS-500D 500gpm, and GNMS-200D 200gpm desanding plant.

 

Except for above mentioned economy desanding plant, GN can also offer high configuration solids liquid separation mud system with 4 phase separation.

First phase separation with shale shaker, the separation points can be about hundred microns. If some big particles in the waste liquid, we recommend steel screen for better and longer performance. The steel screen with 2mm microns can separate above 2mm big particles.

Second phase separation with desander, with proper feeding pressure from centrifugal pump, the desander cones can separate the big particles about 40 to 70microns.

Third phase separation with desilter, with proper feeding pressure from centrifugal pump, the desilter cones can separate the particles about 15 to 40microns.

As per the jobsite requirement, centrifuge maybe also required to separate the ultra fine solids about 5-10microns. GN have different model centrifuge for option. Pls check from GN decanter centrifuge website.
