GN desanding plant achieve great success at Bauma show

Bauma show is most famous exhibition for engineering machines, including construction machinery, building material machines, mining machinery, and construction vehicles. GN Solids Control equipment can be applied for different areas, eg. Oil & gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, CBM drilling, mining, piling, etc. During the exhibition, many road construction company and mining company come to GN booth and show interest in the GN desanding plant, requiring equipment to treat the mud generated during the production, recycle the clean drill mud and reduce the waste volume.

During the exhibition, we met with some clients who are in search of some replacement equipment which can be better price, but same function. One client from Mexico is using Derrick mud system to treat the mining slurry, working performance is very good, but cost is also very higher. After we have more discussion, we can offer similar replacement system for the client.

One client from Morocco also have 5 site mining projects, which need 5 sets desanding plant the deal with the mining slurry. The working process of the slurry , can be achieved by GN desanding plant, or we can customize more fit system for clients if they need.

Composition of GN desanding plant:

First part: GN double deck shale shaker. The slurry will be feeding to down deck shaker screen as first stage treatment. The down deck shaker with coarse shaker screen.

Second part: after separation of GN down deck shaker screen, the clean slurry drop down to the catch tank, and the big solids is vibrated to the tank side. The slurry in catch tank then pumped to cyclones by centrifugal pump. With the desanding cyclones, the big solids is going down to the up deck shaker screen. Same time, the clean fluids go up and overflow for resuse.
